Become a Pearlys practitioner
We are always looking to recruit bright young things to train to become expert teeth whitening specialists. The role is ideally suited to someone from one of the following backgrounds, though other applications will be considered: nursing, dental hygiene, dental nursing, medical sales, beauty therapy, beauty sales.

2011 was a very successful year for Pearlys and we need four AWESOME business development managers to join our friendly team and help make 2012 even more exciting!
This is a new and very important role requiring dedicated and top-notch sales people who are HUNGRY to succeed.
SALARY PACKAGE (pro rata in the case of part-timers):
Starting basic salary of £20,000 (including £3,000 car allowance) with a realistic commission potential of £10,000 – £15,000.
HOURS:
Full-time Sun-Thurs, with one late evening per week.
(Part-time considered, but hours must include Sunday and Mondays).

Professional, flexible, commercially minded, a great sales person, completely reliable, totally trustworthy and most of all you’re happy and positive. You work hard and enjoy making a successful contribution to your team and you’re happy to get stuck in and help with jobs that don’t necessarily fall within your usual responsibilities. We are committed to building long lasting relationships with our stakeholders (whether internal colleagues, individual clients or business accounts) with energy, honesty and integrity.
THE ROLE:
You will promote Pearlys products, franchises and teeth whitening service to beauty salons, spas, clinics, dentists and health clubs by organising and hosting workshops for 5-15 guests on Sundays and Mondays for prospective accounts where you will:
* Train your guests on Pearlys home teeth-whitening products.
* Train your guests on helping their clients take impressions of their teeth for a Pearlys whitening home-kit.
* Demonstrate a full power whitening (laser) teeth whitening treatment.
* Sign up new accounts at the workshops.
You will also meet sales targets by servicing existing accounts (Tuesday-Thursday), and inform accounts of new information about products and PR campaigns.
YOUR TRAINING:
You will be fully trained in Pearlys teeth whitening procedures and products, so don’t worry if you’ve no experience in teeth whitening or even in the beauty industry. If you come to us with fantastic sales experience then we can provide you with the rest!
