(Sometimes the very best service might mean not providing a treatment at all, for example if a guest’s expectations can not be met or if our practitioner feels that a medical examination from the guest’s doctor is advisable first.) All our staff are fully trained in keeping client information confidential and our guests can rest assured that all information held on record will be kept strictly confidential. We would never share any data with other companies and fully comply with the data protection act. Some of our guests very kindly review our treatments on websites such as Wahanda.com and Qype.com which is great, but rest assured we would never disclose any information without specific written permission.
