The Product

The active ingredient in all effective teeth whitening is Hydrogen Peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide has been used in oral hygiene for many many years and is proven to be safe. Because simple Hydrogen Peroxide will loose strength very quickly, particularly if kept out of the fridge, Pearlys uses it in a more stable version, Carbamide Peroxide, which has a much longer shelf life. This is also the chosen form whitening gel for most dentists.

Pearlys Rapid Gel contains 22% Carbamide Peroxide and can be used for 45-60 minutes per application.
Pearlys Sensitive Gel contains 16% Carbamide Peroxide and is recommended use time is 2-3 hours per application
Pearlys Ultra Sensitive Gel contains 10% Carbamide Peroxide and is recommended use time is overnight.
