Using a combination of Jan Marini’s cosmeseutical in clinic treatments and homecare products we can offer the best in progressive medical facial treatments to make sure your skin is as healthy and problem free as possible.
Glycolic Peels
Glycolic Peels contain the fruit acid with the smallest molecular structure which means that it penetrates deep into the dermal layers of the skin and literally clears out the dead skin cells, sebum and pollutants that can cause skin problems such as acne and dullness. Each peel is powerful enough to leave the skin glowing and bright and yet gentle enough to need no ‘down time’ or time to recover. This is why they’re often called ‘Lunchtime Peels’, the treatment only takes 30mins and can literally be carried out in a lunch break. A course of 6-12 glycolic peels will dramatically reduce acne, acne scarring, pigmentation, fine lines, dullness, open pores and uneven skin tone.

Laser-light Acne Treatment
At Pearlys Rejuvenation Clinic we use the IPulse system which is one of the best and most effective Intense Pulsed Light systems currently available. It’s unique ‘double lamp’ means that it gives an even treatment unlike other IPL systems.
Laser-light based acne treatments work in 3 ways:
- Firstly the light energy waves produced by the Intense Pulsed Light system kill the bacteria that cause acne, drying up active acne almost immediately (within 12 hours)
- Secondly the Intense Pulsed Light greatly reduces scars that have been left by acne.
- Thirdly the Laser light ‘tricks’ the skin into producing collagen which makes the skin firmer and healthier.
A specialist course combining in-clinic peels and Jan Marini home care treatment and our Laser/Light based treatment over 3-6 months can really combat problem skins and can be discussed in detail at consultation.
